Dean Clough’s Grade II listed Victorian mills provide a stunning historic framework for the myriad of office, leisure and retail spaces available. The qualities of the buildings – the brick arches, stone and brick walls, the cast iron columns, create truly unique and characterful environments.
Our mission is to celebrate, embrace and respect these unique and historic buildings in their reuse, adopting a best practice approach to ensure that they are fit for purpose in the 21st century.
We incorporate modern systems whilst sourcing appropriate local materials and craftspeople in their restoration. This approach resonates with their history and enables their future.
Extensive landscaped spaces complement the mills, with generous internal corridors decked with 300 original works of art on general display.
24/7 access and a site-wide access control system is provided with around-the-clock security personnel and comprehensive CCTV coverage.
We adopt a thorough preventative maintenance approach and have a team of long-term contractors able to respond to anything from a blown light bulb. All health and safety matters relating to the communal areas are accounted for from: cleaning, window cleaning, sanitisers, fire alarm, emergency light and electrical testing.
Dean Clough is located on the edge of Halifax town centre, in the borough of Calderdale within the Leeds City Region. Situated between Manchester and Leeds, Halifax is just 15 minutes from the M62 and has direct train links to Manchester, Leeds and London.
Calderdale benefits from a wide selection of both state and independent schools, including 2 outstanding selective grammar schools, as well as competitive house prices and an abundance of culture and countryside on the doorstep.
