Projected Picture Trust Open Day

Discover one of Halifax’s hidden treasures as part of Heritage Open Days 2026.

Join the Projected Picture Trust for a fascinating guided tour of their unique collection of cinema technology, from some of the earliest cinema projectors to home movie equipment. You’ll also enjoy a screening of classic cinema clips in their preview theatre.

Places are limited to 20 people per session, with four guided tours taking place throughout the day. Booking is essential.
