Hatha Yoga with Adele Wills (Wednesdays)

Weekly sessions of Hatha Yoga in the Crossley Gallery with Adele Wills of Adele’s Yoga – unisex, all ages and abilities welcome.

This ancient style of yoga brings balance in the body, mind and emotions and will involve physical poses (asanas) and breathing techniques, wrapped in awareness and mindfulness.
