Dean Clough Heritage Trail
Due to the interest in the history of Dean Clough mills we have produced a free heritage trail. It is a self guided trail which leads visitors around our 22 acre-site and will take approximately one hour to complete, although there is an additional route for the more adventurous. On the trail you will find out lots of information about the architecture of the mills, the reasons why the mills have their particular names, what was made in each of the mills and lots of information about Crossley Carpets. The very nature of our site means that it is anything but level. Much of this trail is accessible but there are some steps both inside and out. For further information about access and the trail speak to Main Reception on 01422 250250 or email any queries to: email@example.com
The Heritage Trail leaflets are available from Main Reception in D Mill and parking is free on weekends. There are also places to eat and drink across our site so you can combine doing the trail with stopping for a bite to eat and drink.
