Yoga & Sound Bath | Revive Wellness Club

A sound bath is a deeply-immersive, full-body experience that uses sound to nurture your mind and body. The experience begins with each person lying down with a blanket and eye mask. After a few minutes of guided breathing, the room is filled with different sounds that resonate at different sounds that resonate at different frequencies. The sounds are created by a variety of instruments including Tibetan bowls, gongs, rain sticks, shamanic drums, crystal singing bowls and chimes. The goal of the experience is to invite deep rest and relaxation, reduced stress and anxiety, promote better sleep among many other benefits.
