Fully flexible terms that are negotiated individually to take into account customers’ specific requirements and business expectations.

Licenses

Quarterly or yearly licenses are available on an Internal Repairing Only basis. License agreements are usually only made available on spaces of up to 1000sq.ft.

Licenses are reviewed annually on an R.P.I./Inflation linked basis.

Leases

Anything between 10 and 25 year leases are available, with or without break clauses.

In each case a variety of rent review patterns can be arranged based on market shifts, R.P.I. (Retail Price Index) or set percentages.

Leases are offered on an F.R.I. (Fully Repairing/Insuring) basis or an effective F.R.I. basis (where repair costs are met by the customer but arranged through Dean Clough Administration). Internal Repairing Only leases are also available.
