The process of renovation at Dean Clough is ongoing and newly renovated office space is continually becoming available. With 78,000sq.ft currently available and a further 100,000sq.ft under development, there are opportunities for customers interested in spaces that can be tailored to accommodate a workforce in excess of 1500 employees.

By complete contrast single offices are available from 10sq.m (100sq.ft).

Between these two extremes Dean Clough can offer integrated office suites that can incorporate kitchens or toilets. These range up to approximately 300sq.m (3,200 sq.ft.); as well as discrete spaces in some of the smaller mills on site that range from 650sq.m (7,000 sq.ft) to 930sq.m (10,000 sq.ft).
