The Chefs' School at The Viaduct

The Chefs' School at The Viaduct, employs Apprentices who will spend 12 months learning within the busy environment, gaining a City & Guild accredited Level 2 NVQ at the end of the year. All surpluses from The Chefs' School at The Viaduct support a Dean Clough based charity which is focused on affecting positive change in health and lifestyle through food education and training, having a particular regard for individuals who are vulnerable or disenfranchised.

The café offers a take-away service which can be pre-ordered. It also provides on-site buffet catering for Dean Clough's meeting rooms and conferences, in addition to front of house facilities for Viaduct Theatre performances and special events.

Open 8.00am - 4.30pm Mon - Sat (last orders 4.00pm) 9.00am - 4.30pm Sun. Open until 11.00pm on theatre and jazz nights.
